Order and Delivery
For shipping updates, missing tracking details, or delivery concerns, contact us with your
Order ID and registered email address.
Refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more information.
Book Replacement
If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 5 working days of delivery.
Include a photo of the issue and your order details.
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for eligibility.
Payment Issues
For payment errors or duplicate charges, send your transaction ID, payment method, and
a screenshot (if available).
We will investigate with our payment gateway and update you promptly.
Feedback
We welcome reader feedback and testimonials. Your comments may be featured on our
Testimonials page with your consent.
